Jennifer Alexander
Release Manager

Jen started with FSI as a technical software tester in 2013.  She is currently in charge of writing and maintaining the documentation for all of our products.  She is also continuing to turn her aptitude for breaking things into something useful in Quality Assurance, identifying new technical issues, and the testing of new technology before they are released to our customers.

Richard Fleeger
Quality Assurance/ Technical Writer

Dick joined FSI in the fall of 2016.  After completing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from California University of Pennsylvania in 2011, he worked extensively in the Oil and Gas field, completing thousands of acres of mineral title research over a 5 year time frame.  Dick’s position within FSI is Quality Assurance/ Technical Writer.


Nathaniel Evans
Technical Support Specialist

Nathaniel has an Associates Degree in Computer Applications and Programming. He became involved with Clinical Engineering through volunteering at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida and Memorial Health System and was brought on-board by UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) and the Cleveland Clinic to perform clinical engineering. Since joining the team at FSI, Nathaniel is responsible for data implementations, data conversions, and he is also responsible for resolving technical issues, as well as performing onsite surveys for Clinical Engineering Services.


Cory Milligan
Technical Support Specialist

Cory Milligan is a Technical Support Specialist at FSI and is responsible for driven problem solving while supplying database, reporting and workflow support in response to specific client needs. Cory brings a lifelong interest in both technology and people as well as more than ten years of experience providing customer solutions for nationally recognized brands, non-profit organizations and academic institutions.

Cory holds an A.A.S. in Robotics Technology from Butler County Community College and recently earned dual B.S. from Slippery Rock University in Computer Science concentrated in Data Analytics and Interdisciplinary Programs concentrated in Sustainable Engagements, all while gaining experience carrying out research in various fields including: Big Data, GIS, Healthcare IS, Software Development and Interpersonal Experiences. Outside of work Cory enjoys puzzles, music, outdoor activities of all kind and sharing those things with friends and family.

Charles van der Laan
Implementation Project Manager

Charles joined FSI with over 30 years as an Asset and Service Management, Clinical Engineering professional.  His experience includes Director of In-house and Multi-Facility Biomedical programs, computerized maintenance management systems, Field Service Operations, Contract Management, Customer relations, Safety Officer and chair of the EOC Safety Committee. In Asset and Service Management, Charles held a Regional Manager position with Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing university and laboratory accounts. Charles currently serves on the Boards of the South Florida Association of Medical Instrumentation and the Florida Biomedical Society.


Joe Wehrli
Implementation Project Manager

Joe joined FSI with a very diverse background. Joe has over 23 years of experience establishing strict high-quality customer service standards along with building, training, and motivating a customer-centric team. Joe has also implemented technology to improve operating processes and minimize expenditures. Prior to FSI, Joe has held various positions from Sales, Business Development, Personnel Management, Conversion Analyst, Data Conversion Programmer, Software Development, and Database Administrator at several well-known companies such as BNY Mellon, Fiserv, and Four Rivers Software Systems.
