With almost 20 years of experience in selling computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to hospitals in the U.S., Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge to each project. Through a consultative approach to determining the customer’s needs, he is able to engage the appropriate resources so as to ensure the best possible implementation outcomes.
After working at Four Rivers Software for 9 years in a variety of capacities (Account Manager, Territory Manager, Customer Sales Manager) – during which he developed the methodology and processes for live Webinars and eMarketing – Glenn chose to join the team at FSI in 2010.
Since joining FSI, Glenn has continued his development of innovative ways to introduce customers to FSI’s offerings. His ability to demonstrate custom maintenance software (CMS) and how customer hospitals can benefit from this powerful yet easy-to-use software system has enabled FSI to grow the live customer base to over 700 hospitals across the U.S.
Christine Whitt recently joined FSI as a Sales Executive. Some of her responsibilities include developing new business as well as maintaining current customer relationships. With over 10 years’ experience inside the healthcare space, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge to inventory management. Prior to working for FSI, Christine was a Senior Sales Executive for Compliant Healthcare Technologies. She quickly made a name for herself in this space by helping facilities manage their medical gas program. She also assisted facilities in developing and plan their documented risk assessments by converting their inventory into manageable reports. Utilizing this information to help make the lives of facility personnel easier, as well as knowing checks and balances are in place, ultimately for the safety of people inside the facility is why Christine loves her job.
After receiving a full ride basketball scholarship, Christine graduated from Georgetown University in 2007. Some of her hobbies include cooking, working out and helping mentor kids. She ultimately loves to spend time with her family where she is a proud mom to her two step children Ardyn and Sloane and her most recent addition, her daughter Everly in August 2019.
Business Development Representative
Heidi Lasek is the Business Development Representative at FSI. With over 27 years of experience, Heidi joined FSI in 2015 as the Accounting/Office Coordinator. In April 2018, Heidi transitioned into a Sales specialized role. Heidi seeks and builds new business for FSI by working with potential clients developing customized programs to suit their current needs. In addition to developing new business, Heidi is focused on serving the needs of FSI’s current customer base while working closely with the Marketing Department.
Prior to working at FSI, Heidi was the Finance Manager for a retail online company for 13 years. There she managed both the Accounting and HR departments and in 2014 was awarded Manager of the Year. Heidi also worked for Four Rivers Software Systems for 11 years as an Accountant. In addition, Heidi has expertise in consulting and supporting computerized accounting systems. Heidi is a University of Pittsburgh alumni with a degree in Business Management.
Business Development Representative
Josh recently joined FSI as a Business Development Representative. Josh’s primary responsibility is prospecting to new and existing clients at FSI.
Josh studied Business Management at the University of Pittsburgh. He likes to spend his recreation time taking care of his animals, golfing, and cheering on his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jessica Goettman took a role in marketing at FSI in 2018. She focuses on highlighting the value that FSI’s products and services bring to the Facilities Industry and Software and Technology world. Jessica works closely with the Business Development and Sales Team at FSI. She has a background in data analysis, strategy, and marketing in the Finance and Software Industries. She’s studied Applied Behavior Analysis and Business Marketing with a focus emphasis on digital marketing, consumer behavior, and branding.
Besides loving work, Jessica is a music fan, she loves creating, and also spends time longboarding and boxing training.
