OSU Wexner Medical Center
Prior to their implementation of CMS, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) contracted with Facilities Survey to provide a complete asset inventory, including above-the-ceiling documentation of a 500,000-square-foot laboratory facility. After the success of this service, OSUWMC transitioned over to CMS from their previous software, and took advantage of Facilities Survey’s ability to create custom interfaces by commissioning an interface to their ATG Building Documentation system.

East Texas Medical Centers
East Texas Medical Centers (ETMC), a 15-hospital system comprised of hospitals ranging in size from 100 to 450 beds, needed a unified integrated CMMS package to help efficiently manage their preventive maintenance and service call needs. After choosing CMS, ETMC decided they would prefer to have their software training take place via the web rather than tying up their staff for days at a time. The intuitive user interface enabled ETMC to be up and running within less than a week.
