Principal Software Engineer
Megan Chipps has 18 years of experience providing application development consulting services for many different industries. Some of those industries have included: e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, government, education, law, professional sports, industrial science, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining FSI. Megan has worked with many prominent clients throughout the country delivering custom software applications, as well as creating enterprise solutions to address a variety of business needs.
Megan is a University of Pittsburgh alumna with a degree in Information Science and a background in foreign language study. She has a passion for technology and a drive to create applications that will facilitate better business practices and encourage process improvement. She is always at the forefront of learning about the latest cloud based technologies and web trends and continually encourages her development team to do the same. Apart from her technology work, Megan is a musician and active in a couple bands including playing piano and guitar in her church band.
Chris has over 25 years of experience building commercial technology platforms and applications for TowerMetriX, Vocollect, Parature, IBM, and others.
Chris has expertise that spans a broad range of technologies and industries including human resources, speech recognition, customer service and support, financial services, and education.
Having served in many technical roles over his career, Chris brings an extensive background of software development knowledge and experience to his role as a senior developer for FSI.
Director of Development
Manny Wolfe is the Director of Development with FSI. He is primarily responsible for mobile and integration solutions, including CMS Tech and CMS View. He also provides technical support and expertise for most of the company’s other software applications.
Manny brings over 20 years of software engineering experience to the team, much of it within the healthcare maintenance management sector.
Prior to working with FSI, he was employed as a consultant and project manager at Ectobox, Inc. and Four Rivers Software Systems. Manny earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Penn State. In his spare time some of Manny’s hobbies include being an active member of several community concert and marching bands.
Todd is a Senior Software Developer at FSI, where he works on the CMS application creating new modules and enhancing existing ones.
Some recent accomplishments were adding the saved search conversion page and creating a graphing tool for the CMS application.
Todd has been building professional web applications in Pittsburgh for over 15 years. When Todd isn’t working, he enjoys biking and staying healthy.
Sam is a Junior software developer at FSI. Sam has been a passionate software programmer ever since his sophomore year of High School when he was first introduced to programming.
Sam received his Bachelor of Science from Saint Vincent College where he majored in Computing and Information Science and minored in Mathematics. Academically he excelled. By the end of his freshman year, he became the president of the Computing and Information Science Club and was inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society.
It is easy to tell that Sam does what he loves at FSI. Never without a smile, he focuses on developing CMS 4.0 and supports our other products. He aims at creating software that is not only effective, but aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. In his free time Samuel enjoys reading, solving puzzles and spending time with his friends and family.
Azure Systems Administer
Scott Opalewski is a Sr. Team Member managing corporate-wide Azure Cloud operations at Facilities Survey, to include solution design and architecture, networking and connectivity, database and application advisor, data management and disaster recovery.
Prior to joining the FSI Team, Scott worked with major companies such as Commvault, Verizon/Terremark Cloud Services, VMware, Dell, Affiliated Computer Services, Intel, United States Air Force (Active Duty). In the Air Force he work both at the Squadron and Wing Level IT departments.
In his career Scott managed and built IT Infrastructure from the ground up, to include a USAF Wing secured fiber optic network on a base of over 7000 active duty service members, a 6 story Government Consolidated Services Building with an internal Tier3 data center that serviced a county population of nearly 400,000. Scott has also managed teams, fiscal budgets, and systems engineering, consulting and architecture. In his roles, he has helped some of the top Fortune 100 companies in the world achieve their IT vision.
