Jeff came to FSI after having used CMS extensively at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Having been a CMS customer previously, Jeff brings a wealth of insight into how CMS is used in real-world environments and is a great resource for other CMS customers.

Jeff’s position at FSI involves training and customer support.






Michelle Neff
Customer Support Specialist

Michelle has over 25 years experience in Customer Service, with the last decade focused on Facility Management in a healthcare setting. Prior to joining FSI in 2017, she was a CMS super user in the Mount Carmel Health System located in Columbus, Ohio. With Michelle’s combined knowledge of CMS and healthcare compliance requirements, she looks forward to helping our customers with their needs.





David Zoromski
Customer Service

Dave has over 30 years of experience in various roles including Sales, Information Technology, Leadership, and Human Resource.  Prior to joining FSI’s Inventory Services Team in 2015, Dave worked for several healthcare organizations, most recently as the IT Director for a health system in central Wisconsin.  He also served 28 years in the USAF and Air National Guard in roles from Aircraft Avionics maintenance to national level leadership including several overseas deployments and eventually retiring in 2013.  Dave joined FSI’s Team in 2017 and is focused on bringing FSI’s remarkable products to new markets. Dave adds new insights and organizational progress to the entire FSI team.
