Manager of Inventory Services
Joe joined FSI in the Spring of 2015 as an Inventory Specialist. In November of 2016, he was promoted to Project Manager, which is his current title. Joe currently works in the field leading Asset Inventory Projects. Joe has a background in Law Enforcement which has given him leadership skills and a focus on customer service.
Manager of CAD Services
Graduating from ITT Technical Institute in 1999 with an Associate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, Edward has 14 years’ experience in the field of Architectural Design.
Prior to working for FSI, his experience in the Architectural field range from Schematic Design through Construction Document process and Construction Administration in various Architectural firms. Since joining FSI in 2011, Ed has been working with the CMS (Custom Maintenance Software) program frequently on and off-site and also CAD Design projects. Now he takes on the role of Project Manager for the CMSView team, which is the new integrated display featuring floorplan locations of equipment and work orders based on the information within your CMS database for a smarter overall system.
Rob has 20 years of experience as an architecture professional specializing in building documentation and life safety.
Rob joined FSI as a full-time employee in June of 2012, working both as a Survey Specialist & now as a Project Manager. Before coming to FSI, Rob worked as an independent contractor performing various tasks such as asset inventory & building documentation to name a few, for us for 5 years.
Rob uses his experience with building design & construction, as well as building infrastructure, to provide an accurate inventory and comprehensive procedures for preventative maintenance.
He has extensive knowledge & experience with CMS, CMS Tech, CMS View, AutoCAD & Microstation. Rob’s dedication to professionalism, attention to detail & focus on task-at-hand was honed while serving 8 years in the US Army.
Quality Assurance/ Technical Writer
Dick joined FSI in the fall of 2016. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from California University of Pennsylvania in 2011, he worked extensively in the Oil and Gas field, completing thousands of acres of mineral title research over a 5 year time frame. Dick’s position within FSI is Quality Assurance/ Technical Writer for the Inventory Services division.
Dave has over 30 years of experience in various roles including Sales, Information Technology, Leadership, and Human Resource. Prior to joining FSI’s Inventory Services Team in 2015, Dave worked for several healthcare organizations, most recently as the IT Director for a health system in central Wisconsin. He also served 28 years in the USAF and Air National Guard in roles from Aircraft Avionics maintenance to national level leadership including several overseas deployments and eventually retiring in 2013. Dave joined FSI’s Team in 2017 and is focused on bringing FSI’s remarkable products to new markets. Dave adds new insights and organizational progress to the entire FSI team.
