Jennifer Alexander
Documentation/Testing Specialist

Jen started with FSI as a software tester in 2013.  She is currently in charge of writing and maintaining the documentation for all of our products.  She is also continuing to turn her aptitude for breaking things into something useful in Quality Assurance, identifying new technical issues, and the testing of new technology before they are released to our customers.



Nathaniel Evans
Technical Support Specialist

Nathaniel has an Associates Degree in Computer Applications and Programming. He became involved with Clinical Engineering through volunteering at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida and Memorial Health System and was brought on-board by UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) and the Cleveland Clinic to perform clinical engineering. Since joining the team at FSI, Nathaniel is responsible for data implementations, data conversions, and he is also responsible for resolving technical issues, as well as performing onsite surveys for Clinical Engineering Services.


Pat Harnish
Technical Support Specialist

Pat is bringing over 18 years of customer service and SQL Management experience to the organization.  After working at Four Rivers Software for 16 years in a variety of capacities; Technical Support Specialist, Services Coordinator, Senior Customer Project Manager, and Support Analyst; She joined FSI in 2015.

At FSI, Pat is primarily responsible for the creation of all custom reports and assisting with resolving Technical Support issues.

Pat has an Associate degree in Applied Science in Personal Computer Systems from Westmoreland County Community College and a B.S. in Education/Mathematics from Edinboro University.


Charles van der Laan
Implementation Specialist

Charles joined FSI with over 30 years as an Asset and Service Management, Clinical Engineering professional.  His experience includes Director of In-house and Multi-Facility Biomedical programs, computerized maintenance management systems, Field Service Operations, Contract Management, Customer relations, Safety Officer and chair of the EOC Safety Committee. In Asset and Service Management, Charles held a Regional Manager position with Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing university and laboratory accounts. Charles currently serves on the Boards of the South Florida Association of Medical Instrumentation and the Florida Biomedical Society.


Jeff York
Implementation Specialist

Jeff came to FSI after having used CMS extensively at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Having been a CMS customer previously, Jeff brings a wealth of insight into how CMS is used in real-world environments and is a great resource for other CMS customers.

Jeff’s position at FSI involves training and customer support.



Joe Wehrli
Technical Support Specialist

Joe joined FSI with a very diverse background. Joe has over 23 years of experience establishing strict high-quality customer service standards along with building, training, and motivating a customer-centric team. Joe has also implemented technology to improve operating processes and minimize expenditures. Prior to FSI, Joe has held various positions from Sales, Business Development, Personnel Management, Conversion Analyst, Data Conversion Programmer, Software Development, and Database Administrator at several well-known companies such as BNY Mellon, Fiserv, and Four Rivers Software Systems.
