JackieJackie joined FSI in 2009, bringing over 15 years of customer service experience to the organization. After attaining a business degree with the University of Maryland European Division, she worked in the maintenance department at The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh and traveled extensively while with Crothall, providing implementation and training services for other Facilities Maintenance departments.

Jackie’s position at FSI covers a variety of areas including Customer Support, CMS Training, and New Business Implementations.

 

Andrew Collins

Andrew joined FSI after 5 years as an Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne. Andrew held various positions during his time in Logistics and Operations, most notably as Senior Logistics Manger for an 860 personnel Airborne Infantry Battalion. Andrew was responsible for conducting detailed logistical planning, coordination and support. Andrew also provided oversight for the accountability for over $75,000,000 of organic property. In Feb 2012, Andrew deployed to Afghanistan for 6 months as Assistant Logistics Manager.

His previous and current military service has made him a great fit for FSI. Andrew has held numerous roles within the organization to include Field Engineer, Trainer, and Customer Support Specialist. His primary focus is on the customers and their overall experience when contacting the support center. He enjoys interacting with our customers and solving complex problems.

Andrew earned his bachelors of science in business administration from California University of Pennsylvania. Where he was an All-Conference athlete in Track and Field and Cross Country. During which time, he met his beautiful wife Richelle, they live in Bedford, Pennsylvania with their 2 children, Kenzleigh and Kal.
